- Put a pillow or cushion between your legs and back while you sleep to avoid heartburn.
- Eat a healthy and rich diet to ensure good fetal growth. Do not skip meals at any cost. Indulge in smaller and healthier meals.
- Take power naps to restore your energy levels.
- Drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.
- Go alcohol and smoke-free.
- Do not forget to take your multivitamins.
- Exercise moderately yet regularly.
